Welcome to the Friday, September 11, 2026 edition of the Weekly International Music News Roundup. This week brings major anniversary releases, new album announcements, fresh singles and some huge tour news for 2027.

From My Chemical Romance and Mötley Crüe to Shygirl, Neurosis and Animal Collective, there is plenty to look forward to over the next few months. Here are the stories music fans need to know.

My Chemical Romance expand The Black Parade for its 20th anniversary

My Chemical Romance will celebrate two decades of The Black Parade with an expanded anniversary edition, arriving on October 23, 2026 via Reprise Records.

The reissue adds six bonus tracks to the original album. The collection includes three rare B-sides : “Heaven Help Us”, “Kill All Your Friends” and “My Way Home Is Through You” : alongside three live recordings from the band’s 2007 show at Maxwell’s in Hoboken.

One of the key highlights is “The Sharpest Lives (Live from Hoboken)”, while “Someone Out There Loves You (Live)” is being released from the same performance. The set will be available across several physical formats, including deluxe CD and vinyl editions.

The expanded The Black Parade announcement is welcome news for fans who still regard the album as one of the defining emo and alternative rock records of the 2000s.

Kings of Leon announce tenth album

Kings of Leon have revealed details of their tenth studio album, O My Beloved, which is due out on November 6 through Love Tap Records.

The band have also released the first single, “My Whole World”. The track introduces a more personal and acoustic-led direction, with lyrics focused on family, gratitude and everyday life. An accompanying video uses archive footage of the band members growing up.

According to coverage from U.S. News, the album is the group’s first fully self-produced record. It looks set to be a more intimate release than some of their stadium-sized work.

Mötley Crüe prepare a definitive Too Fast For Love box set

Mötley Crüe are going back to the beginning with a deluxe box set celebrating the 45th anniversary of Too Fast For Love. The collection will be released on October 30, 2026 through BMG.

The extensive set includes both the original 1981 Leathür Records version and the 1982 Elektra Records version of the album. It also features a previously unreleased live recording from Perkins Palace in 1982, a collection of early studio demos and a replica seven-inch single.

Fans will also receive a replica demo cassette, a 100-page hardback photo book, a lyric book, poster, bumper sticker and original-style press materials. The full deluxe configuration includes five LPs, a seven-inch single, CD and cassette.

This is more than a standard anniversary remaster. It is designed as an archive of the band’s earliest days. Consequence has more details on the box set.

Heavy releases from Suicide Silence and Against The Current

Suicide Silence have announced their eighth studio album, Graceless, arriving on November 20. The band have shared the title track, which also opens the new record.

The album is expected to continue the group’s heavy and uncompromising approach, with “Graceless” setting the tone for a record built around intensity and dark atmosphere. The album announcement and title track details include the full tracklist.

Meanwhile, Against The Current have confirmed their third album, Till Death & Back, for October 30. The band are previewing the release with “Protégé”, accompanied by an official performance video.

The new track follows earlier songs including “Heavenly”, “Dead Man Walking” and “Always You & I”. Fans can watch the official “Protégé” video on YouTube.

Shygirl announces SWALLOW!

Shygirl will release her second full-length album, SWALLOW!, on November 6 via Because Music.

The new single “Lucky (Hymn)” offers a more reflective side of the artist. The track combines breathy vocals, acoustic guitar and subtle electronic production, moving between alternative pop and trip-hop influences.

The record follows Shygirl’s 2022 debut, Nymph, but the new material appears to take her sound in a more open and emotionally direct direction. The announcement from The Fader describes the album as a kind of reintroduction.

Harry Styles adds final 2027 tour dates

Harry Styles has announced the final cities and dates for his 2027 Together, Together tour. The new stadium run will include special guests from across pop, rock and electronic music.

Kylie Minogue will support the Los Angeles shows, LCD Soundsystem will join Styles in Rome, and Tears for Fears will appear at the final three Wembley Stadium dates in London on August 25, 27 and 28.

The tour will run from April into August 2027, ending with the Wembley shows. The combination of Styles, Kylie Minogue, LCD Soundsystem and Tears for Fears makes this one of the most varied major tours announced this week.

Animal Collective bring Feels back to the stage

Animal Collective will perform Feels in full at two special anniversary shows in October.

The first show takes place at New York’s Knockdown Center in Queens on October 22, followed by a Los Angeles performance at The Fonda Theatre on October 24. The concerts will also include additional material from the era.

These will be the group’s first shows together in around four years, making the performances especially appealing to long-time fans. Tickets went on general sale today, September 11. The Fader has more on the Feels live shows.

Neurosis extend their return into 2027

Neurosis are continuing their live return with tour dates stretching into 2027. The shows support their first new album in a decade, An Undying Love for a Burning World.

The band’s current run includes North American dates from October through early 2027, with performances planned in cities including San Francisco, Brooklyn, Chicago, Portland, Seattle and Los Angeles.

They will also return to Europe for Roadburn Festival in the Netherlands in April 2027, where they are scheduled to perform two sets. Neurosis’ official tour page is the best place to check for current dates.

Saves The Day have released “Invader”, their first original single in eight years. The track features guest vocals from Walter Schreifels and arrives ahead of a UK headline tour in November. Post-hardcore favourites Saosin have returned with “Just Be Honest”, their second single of 2026. The hard-hitting track follows “Starting Over Again” and arrives ahead of the band’s 20th-anniversary celebrations for their self-titled debut. Stoned Jesus have shared “Jackal”, a six-minute-plus track from their upcoming album Songs to Moon. The song has been described as a mini prog opera and is the latest preview of the album, which is scheduled for October 16 through Season of Mist.
